The aparthotel offers contemporary design, avant-garde art, a restaurant, micro-brewery and a winery near Hobart. The eight pavilions sit on a 3.5 hectare private peninsula that curves into the Derwent River. Each pavilion has panoramic north-facing views, is self-contained, and built to ensure privacy, indulgence and relaxation. Three are glass cubes that appear balanced in the landscape; one is a three-storey diamond-shaped building enclosed in a silver metallic skin; and the remaining four cantilever over the river bank. Facilities available to guests at the air-conditioned establishment include a lobby, bar, laundry service (fees apply) and a car park.In-room techno toys include dockings stations for an iPod or iPhone, in-room wireless Internet access, a music server with a choice of music pre-installed, 5.1 digital sound, a Blu-ray disc player, Dynalite controlled lighting, and in some pavilions, Aquavision LCD screens with waterproof controls. Other standard features include an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, a double bed, and a kitchen with a minibar and tea and coffee making facilities.
