The operator who will give provide you with instructions to access the key safe. The key safe is located on the right hand end of the Reception Desk. Enter the 4 digit code and turn the knob to open the safe door. Please identify the envelope with your surname on and remove it from the safe. Please close the safe door and turn the knob anti-clockwise to re-lock the safe. The envelope will contain keys and further details for you to find your way to your apartment.
